    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've a new install of SnapCenter 6.2 on a Windows Server 2025 VM. &amp;nbsp;The install appears to complete but the service on port 8146 does not start, error from install log:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1-13-2026[08:05:06 AM]: (CLR Action): makeRequest: Info: makeRequest: Service Api request Code : BadRequest&lt;BR /&gt;1-13-2026[08:05:06 AM]: (CLR Action): CheckIfSCServiceIsRunning: Info: Count 3 : Service is not up. Going to sleep.&lt;BR /&gt;1-13-2026[08:06:06 AM]: (CLR Action): makeRequest: Info: Service Api request: https://x.x.x.x:8146/rbacservice.svc?wsdl&lt;BR /&gt;1-13-2026[08:06:08 AM]: (CLR Action): makeRequest: Info: makeRequest: Exception Occurred while making a API call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone come across this and is there a solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in Advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daniel&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any more details in the log?&lt;BR /&gt;C:\Program Files\NetApp\SnapCenter\WebApp\log\&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is any other Application using that Port ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;netstat -ano | findstr :8146&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is firewall blocking the port :8146 ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
