    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received email alert from my filer &lt;STRONG&gt;"&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 15px;"&gt;FILE SYSTEM&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt; DISK NOT RESPONDING on&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; filer name &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;at Sun Nov 24 08:39:34 IST 2013"&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I logged in putty and execute "aggr status -f" and the disk status shows as "not responding" instead of failed. please suggest is it really failed or it is in maintenance mode?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would open a case and work with support to either try to get the disk online again or get it replaced&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
