right share security not applicate

I have a big problem and I need your help.

On my Windows Server 2003, there is some drive (C,D,E). On the drive E, I've got a directory share named IMAGES. The politics of this share are :

share permission: everyone (full controle)

share security: some domain users (labo\jill; labo\jane;etc ...)

On this server all drive have a snapvault backup . When I check the politic security of the directory (IMAGES) on the Filer accross snapshot backup; I find the good right NTFS and the same share permission and share security.

Recently, I modify the share security on the directory (IMAGES), I delete some users and add other. When I check again the politic security I can't find some new users and delete users.

The politic is the same thing of the firt time.
