Hi Admins,

I am very new to netapp.

Issue details : one of the hdisk is missing from volume

'sanlun lun show' shows only one disk.But 'lun show' command shows there are 2 luns of 5G.

Please let me know how to regain the missed LUN.

From OS side missed hdisk status is active. But not able to access the mount point even not able to unmount.

# ssh filer1 lun show| grep temp_f2

/vol/test_temp_f2/q_test_temp/test_temp_1.lun 5g (5368709120) (r/w, online, mapped)

/vol/test_temp_f2/q_test_temp/test_temp_2.lun 5g (5368709120) (r/w, online, mapped)

sanlun lun show|grep temp_f2

filer1: /vol/test_temp_f2/q_test_temp/test_temp_2.lun hdisk325 fcs1 FCP 5g (5368709120) GOOD

Please let me know how i can recover missing luns.

i am trying to understand on the issue.can you use '-v' option to print lun show output and '-p' option to print sanlun lun show output.

do you have multiple paths to the same 5gb lun?

also try using fsck or chkdsk to fix errors.
