AutoSupport issue on FAS3160

I had a disk fail on ctlr2 of my FAS3160 over the weekend, then I discovered autosupport on this same controller is not working. I'm running 8.0.1 7-Mode and I know autosupport worked at one time. The odd thing is ctlr1 is working just fine and from what I can see the options autosupport is set up identical. Has anyone else had a similar issue with autosupport?

I had a similar issue with (weekly) autosupports and Ontap 8.0.1 7-mode on 1 filer and not on 3 others running the same ontap version. When set to minimal content it worked, but for complete content the autosupport was looping and eventually stopped. This was a known bug. After upgrading to 8.0.1P4 the weekly autosupport worked again.

There was a bug with ASUP, use 8.0.1P4 like pascal said and asup should work fine.

In my case it was bug 370156.
