Snapmirror DR test -- Base snapshot lost

Hello All,

When we were dong the snapmirror DR Test(Async VSM),Lost the Base snapshot for 7 volume(out of 100+ volumes) in the primary side.We disable the "snap autodelete" before the break the relations.

Steps I followed during the activity.

1. "Snap autodelete off" All primary volumes.

2. Quiesce the relations.

3.break the relations.

Do we need to do "snapmirror update" after the autodelete off?.What could be reason for losing the base snapshot after disable the autodelete?.
