Based on my interpretation of what you wrote, it is not possible to reverse a SnapMirror relationship without breaking it since a particular relationship only flows in one direction. Also, you make it sound like 'resync' is a bad thing; 'resync' is a good thing in that it allows you to refresh a relationship without performing a full initialization as long as there is a common Snapshot between the source and destination.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would help me provide a better answer to your question if you provided a little more detail about what problem you are trying to solve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;ok...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As per my understanding there is no way to reverse the Relation..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You go for "break -f" then resync the same..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note earlier source volume must not be having "-L" option enabled..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you use Snapvault Relation then you have to modify and update the relation also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
