    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Oncommand Plugin 3.0 installed on our SCOM server. After succesffully installing the management pack and providing the credentials to monitor our controller &amp;amp; vFilers, i am seeing the following alert every 10-15mins&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alert Monitor: Data ONTAP: Controller Global Status Monitor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alert Description: Controller global status unknown. Controller vFiler01 Address: 192.168.1.55&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This Alert is coming from source Controller01 which has IP Address 192.168.1.5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Source is the Ontap Controller so dont understand why in the desciption of the alert its telling me it cant get to controller vFiler01. Is it getting confused because the IP address is very similar?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
