Hi guys,

is it possible to have a Volume Group and a Pool on a E-Series 2860 in parallel?

Can I enable drawer protection on a pool?

Hello,

Yes, you can configure the array to have both Dynamic Disk Pools and traditional Volume Groups.

Yes, DDPs can have Drawer Loss Protection. See this document for more details.
