Hi all,
I have a problem with the EF570 controller: the autosupport has turned off and I cannot turn it on. Yesterday, I tried to open the case, but it said that autosupport was not available.
I need to open the case without active auto support MANUALLY.
Is it possible to do this? And how?
Please help me resolve this issue.
Thanks!

You should be able to select the reason for AutoSupport being disabled in the "AUTOSUPPORT FOR THIS UNIT IS OFF. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHY?" dropdown then continue on with the case creation process.

If you have any screenshot of the page, we may be able to guide you further.
