Oracle Redo Log block size

Hi there, We have a POC of EF560 for Oracle, when customer migrated the Oracle from their current environment, we have following error message:

RMAN-05535: WARNING: All redo log files were not defined properly.
ORACLE error from auxiliary database: ORA-01378: The logical block size (512) of file +DATA/billdb/redo13.log is not compatible with the disk sector size (media sector size is 4096 and host sector size is 4096)

Any ideas?

I don't know anything about Oracle.

Did you try this ?

alter system set "_disk_sector_size_override"=TRUE scope=both;
