    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to get our e-series controllers (E2760's, running SANtricity 8.25.06.00) to send an autosupport email to our own address on a regular basis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The idea would be to have this done in a similar way as it is done in ONTAP to the support partner email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a configuration in SANtricity Enterprise Management to schedule autosupport every 2, 4, 8, 12 or 24 hours (Setup, Configure Alerts, Email tab).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, it has been confirmed by the Partner Helpdesk that this feature does not work :(.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've gone through the NetApp Powershell Toolkit, but it doesn't seem to allow me to invoke an autosupport for e-series, only ONTAP (update options in 7mode).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone found a way to invoke an autosupport email (not only to NetApp!!) on an e-series controller?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;/Xander&lt;/P&gt;</description>
