    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of the ACP controllers has failed to respond. Assuming the system is running 7 mode, run "storage show fault" to confirm if it is in IOM B - This is a FAS2240-2, with no external shelves, based on the log provided. Takeover controller B from A, remove controller B from the chassis for 70 seconds, then reinstall and fail back and it may clear it. Otherwise, the fault may be permanent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
