1st (Recommended)- If unsure, always open a case with NetApp to make sure all is well.

2nd - As you said, 'recon' is completed, check the event log errors, aggr status etc, if 'aggr' is looking healthy?
a) Check the errors (WAFL INCONSISTENT related), how old or often they are repeated? Is the system still reporting it?
::> event log show -severity * -message-name callhome*
::> event log show -severity * -message-name *wafl*

b) Check aggr status ?

AutoSupport Message: DISK/SHELF COUNT MISMATCH
https://kb.netapp.com/Advice_and_Troubleshooting/Data_Storage_Software/ONTAP_OS/AutoSupport_Message%3A_DISK%2F%2FSHELF_COUNT_MISMATCH
