Question: testing older parts for single DS4243 SINGLE SHELF

Whats the cable config for a ds4243 single unit. I have the 2 SAS crossed a to b and vice versa. I have gbic plugged into the e0c and e0d not crossed going to e0e and e0f

the ioioi plugged in and the Wrench icon plugged in to.

I can't seem to connet through putty but the ip/ports are open and waiting for a connection that never comes.

I am sure I missing something. I have looked and I am not seeing a single cable diagram. any ideas?

How are you trying to connect to NetApp? What error are you getting? Filer Model/ontap ?

If there's an IOIOI port, it sounds like you might have a FAS2240-4? That model is no longer supported, and we have likely removed many documents which cover it. Can you connect to the IOIOI port by serial and see what it says? It will be 9600 bps, 8N1
