Hi, our internal company documentation references an 'naroot' account for SP access. I can't see this account in Ontap and when I try to ssh to the SP with naroot as the user, it immediately disconnects and doesn't prompt for a password.

I can ssh (and local console) to the SP with the user 'admin', it has the service-processor application when i do security login show.

Is the naroot a historical account that is no longer used? or I do I need to enable it on the SP somehow?
