I have a Netapp FAS2240 device.

It has version 8.2.5 7-Mode. I can't activate my existing licenses after a device reset.

My support period has expired and I need to revert to the previous version before I can install the 7-character licenses I have.

I need the 8.1.xx 7-mode netboot image to restore it. where can I download it. Can you help with the subject.

Hi Hasan,

Unfortunately it isn't permitted to ask for software, nor should it be provided by anyone. As such, I'm going to lock this topic. I'm also going to have to lock the other topic where this was discussed.

Regarding the license, if you've been working with a reseller or a partner, you may be able to ask them to work with you to have the license key regenerated in the format you require.

These aren't my rules, but they're the rules I must enforce.
