    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;On 32XX series the replacement of BMC is Service Processor (SP), it's function remains same as before however this is newer technology and can do some monitoring and other function also.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;there does not seem to be a bmc controller for offline management of the fas 3210. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there another way to access fas3210 for offline ontap upgrade access?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

It also extends AutoSupport by sending additional system event alerts.
