      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A __default_attr="101163" __jive_macro_name="user" class="jive_macro jive_macro_user active_link" href="https://community.netapp.com/" modifiedtitle="true" title="Jarek Druzd," target="_blank"&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Others have posted some answers but out of curiosity, why do you find it important what the CPU is?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Asking because I've seen from time to time users trying to compare storage systems based on CPU and RAM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This approach doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each storage system uses CPU and RAM completely differently. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So a box that may use a quad-core xeon and 12GB RAM may indeed be far slower than another manufacturer's system using a different OS and only 2 cores and 4GB RAM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's the OS that makes the biggest difference.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Guys&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far I know the&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fas2040 CPU is a Intel core Duo Processor T2300 (2M cache, 1.66 Ghz 667 Mhz FSB) &amp;nbsp;Old netbook CPU!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;FAS2240 is a Intel Xeon Processor LC3528 (4M Cache, 1.73 Ghz)&lt;/SPAN&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
