Info accessing FAS2040 from Konica Minolta C280

I my enviroment is a domain win2008 with AD

Users are able to access the share on FAS directly from pc

My C280 send scan to a share (pointing \\fas\share) using domain admin user but the scans fail to connect ....

Any idea?

A month ago I experienced the same issue with a Ricoh multifunctional.

In the end it turned out that the MFP required that the Share Permissions were set to "Full controll" instead of "Change" and "Read".
