We'd like to do an pseudo online migration of data from our existing EMC array (cx4-240) to our new FAS8020 for our production 2008SP2 SQL cluster. The plan was to connect a fiber card from each Windows system to the new FAS8020 (using a new Brocade fabric), present new LUNS from the NetAPP, take DB offline, move data to new LUN and using SQL tools point to the new DB, bring DB online and proceed until completed. The big question is should we keep trying to use PowerPath on the Netapp (the support matrix is bit confusing in this matter) or go to straight up Windows MPIO or try a combo of both. Thanks

Dave
