how to reset only the fans on Fas3240?

hallo

i have a problems with the fans , on FAS 3240.

from two days ago, they are working on a higher speed, and an exclamation led it is light orange, in front of the server case. (but the status of the heads it looks ok)

i read on other post that it is a bug, and a temporary solution it is to reset the fans.

my question is: how to reset only the fans?
