As it is traditional volume, 20% is by default reserved for snapshots (and is not counted as available space). Which leaves exactly 2.9TiB. Now NetApp traditionally used definition of GB as 1024 x 1024 x 1000 and my experience is that FilerView is using these units. Which gives us approximately 3.05 "NetApp TB".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"aggr show_space" gives much better information of aggregate space consumption.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 6 x 1tb disks in RAID 4. 5 data disks and 1 parity disk. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Considering fair size of the disk less than 1 TB I should have about 4TB of space, but Filer display the size of 3.05TB.
