Panic before boot menu

Hi all,

I have an old FAS3140 from a customer previous configuration.

I attached 1 FC shelf only to install clean configuration but I have several error.

First of all, I can't connect to the serial port, I tried with GTKTERM from debian because I don't have windows 7 driver for my USB to Serial adapter...

I show that the first controller is not boot the loader... I can't check why -> No connection

On the second controller I can reach the RLM port but when I tried to launch Boot Menu (CTRL+C when the message arrive) the filer panic:

looks like cpu0 is bad on one controller, I would call support or hopefully you have maintenance contract

Ok thanks both, now after a shutdown on each controller no one want to boot correctly...

So HW issue but no maintenance contract for that device.
