Hello all,

we have a FAS 3250 Metrocluster here in our environment.

Today one harddisk failed and must be replaced.

DiskId at this point was 4c.125L70.

So we removed the failed disk and installed the new one.

After this, I checked the unowned disks and one with id 4a.125L44 was shown.

Thats my question now. Are these changing id´s a metrocluster thing, had this to do with the rebuild or is something wrong in my environment??

Because it was possible to assign the disk without errors and I got no further messages.

Thanks a lot for your help

Stefan
