How to unown failed Disks (LUNs) from NetApp VSeries V3170

I have few failed disks in our NetApp and I can't unown it from the NetApp.

The LUNs are presented from HP XP Storage at the moment there is some issue with back end HP Storage which the whole pool containe the VDISKs have been destroyed it self.

Since there is some issue with the HP XP Storage, the NetApp VSeries rebooted and shows the failed aggr.

We manage to destroy the aggr but we are unable to unown the disk as the disk are not really presented at the moment.

I have tried disk remove_ownership -f <disk> still not success !

The filer is working fine and continue serving data but I need to remove the failed disks.
