Hard disk fails

Dears I am in a strange ssituation. Recently 2 hard disk crashed in my fas 2040 . This was replaced last week. But since then 2 more hard disk failed. What could be wrong here? Please let me know. i dont have a support contract.

NetApp has recently updated KB Article https://kb.netapp.com/support/index?page=content&id=7010235&locale=en_US

This KB lists some drive Models that have higher failure rate.

The fix is to upgrade the disk firmware.

You migh be hitting a Bug and upgrading the drive firmware might fix it.

Hope there are no environment issues in the data center.

I have checked the link and could not find my disk in the list. I am concerned if another disk will fail soon.
