How long should I wait for the shipment of a new FAS2554?

Hi, we (netapp partner) buy a news FAS2554 in March. They told us it would be delivered in a few days, but today we are still waiting for a possible date of shipment of the material. Since the current FAS2220 is full this is a problem for us.

Why do you think this delay in delivery? Is normal?

Hi, the FAS2554 was delivered but on the front right ear cover appears "DS4243".

In addition to the chassis color is light gray instead of dark gray as I see in the website photos.

Why?
