INTRACLUSTER Switche

I'm in the process of replacing a FAS31xx 4 node cluster with FAS80xx 2 node.

My question is related to the intracluster switches can they be used for more than 1 cluster connected to the same switches?

I would like to avoid a switchless configuration, so that expansion is easier in the future. Also the procees of switching back from a switched cluster to a switchless cluster after the controllers swap.

I think you better find netapp ps team to help you plan this migration. there're so many aspects and steps to do it.

thanks for the reply, the official answer is switches are dedicated to clusters, so the answer is no.
