    <description>&lt;P&gt;"storage disk show -p" would be your best option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;of course, evivronment shows it as well, but not the intuitive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hopefully helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jeff&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Alias name for a disk</title>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In NetApp storage filter (say FAS 6000 series model) , I receive disk failure alert for the same disk with two different host adapter names.&lt;BR /&gt;Say disk '7d.22.10 failed' and 'disk 3c.22.10 failed' both point to the same disk.&lt;BR /&gt;note that host adapter (7d ,3c) is different but shelf (22) and bay (10) are the same.&lt;BR /&gt;Any command available in NetApp to view different host adapter names for the same disk ?</description>
