All disk doesnt illuminate & have amber on the controller module in FAS2020

Hi All,

I've noticed that there is no light on the leds of all disk , PLus there is an amber on the controller. I've tried to connect to serial port using putty but cannot type anything unless I hit ctrl + g and the BMC shell prompt.

My question is can it be the controller module got broken already?

Hi,

Shut down the system, try reseating the controller, ensure all the cables are firmly connected. Check the LED status again.

It might be a faulty controller. Please contact Netapp support and raise a case.
