      <title>Disk/SSD assignment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a FAS2554 with 2 controllers; the system comes with 20 spindle disks and 4 SSDs, they are split evently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to have one of the two controllers take ownership of the 4 SSDs? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the following example, remove the ownership of the disk named 1.1.2 from node01 and assign it to node02&lt;BR /&gt;cluster mode&lt;BR /&gt;::&amp;gt; disk option modify -node * -autoassign off&lt;BR /&gt;::&amp;gt;disk show&lt;BR /&gt;::&amp;gt;disk removeowner -disk 1.1.2&lt;BR /&gt;::&amp;gt;disk assign -disklist 1.1.2 -owner node02&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7-mode&lt;BR /&gt;node01::&amp;gt;disk show&lt;BR /&gt;node01::&amp;gt;remove_ownership -disk DISKNAME&lt;BR /&gt;node02::&amp;gt;disk show&lt;BR /&gt;node02::&amp;gt;disk assign DISKNAME&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope the above information will be helpful to you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
