Hello,

I moved all vms to another Datastore.

old Datastore seems to be empty.

Snapshots are deleted.

the empty snapshotfolder is the only visible folder

toal capacitiy 800 GB

free capacity only 450GB

How is it possible to get the whole capacity?

Hi Dieter,

maybe youre using snap reserve on this volume.

What is the output of:

snap reserve <volume>

or if you running cdot:

vol show -volume <volume> -fields percent-snapshot-space

If you have a 800GB volume with 50% snap reserve, you will see only 400GB.

Volume nfsstore1: current snapshot reserve is 1% or 8388608 k-bytes.

is it possible that it took so much time to delete the snapshots?

That depends up on the size and count of the snapshots. It will take some time to delete them.
