      <description>&lt;P&gt;If filer is on LOADER prompt, what does "printenv" show you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should see&amp;nbsp;Model or other information. &amp;nbsp;( I bet its not there)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should open a P1 Support case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;It might be a hardware failure/ bug.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
