      <title>FAS3020 FC expansion change to target mode?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The "storage show adapter" command list every FC adapter in the System and the "fcp config" command will only list FCP target adapters&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, "sysconfig -ca" will show the the netapp part number (parsed from /etc/sysconfigtab)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ended up using &lt;A href="https://now.netapp.com/NOW/knowledge/docs/hardware/NetApp/syscfg/" target="_blank"&gt;https://now.netapp.com/NOW/knowledge/docs/hardware/NetApp/syscfg/&lt;/A&gt; to figure out which cards are compatible with our system and the sysconfig command to find out what is currently in the system.&amp;nbsp; Looks like my predecessor had installed a SCSI controller to connect a tape library to for NDMP backups instead of using the onboard SCSI port, so we will need to switch that around and then put in X1028B-R6 cards into each filer for additional FC connectivity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
