topic LUNS UNMAPPED WINDOWS SERVER AUTOMATICALLY in ONTAP Hardware

Hello,

We have 2 contrillers namely netappctrl1 and netappctrl2 both are FAS3240 connected to DS4246 and DS2243 in HA Pair.

Last 3 days back there was an electriccitry shutdown due to which we had a dirty shutdown.

After that all the servers restarted connrectly and LUNS where mapped as normal except one server which was Microsfot Exchange. When we restarted the server all the luns where unmapped and I had to map them one by one.

After the luns were mapped the snapmirror where are broken. Since the data is huge we cannot afford to send the data over 4 mb bandwith.

Any help will be appreciated to know the root cause of the issue.

We will need a bit more data.

Did you review the event logs or EMS logs to see what the error was if there was one?

Also, for me to review ASUPs do you have them enabled and if so what is the serial #? PM me please.
