15TB sittig on a NAS?
NetApp XCP transfers data from any NAS to NetApp NAS

15TB sitting on external drive?
Depending upon the file-system of the data, either move it to netapp LUN locally attached to the source server, or using NFS or CIFS share, copy data using any third-party tools.

Existing storage is Seagate mapping of the Workstations as Network drive

15TB sitting on an external drive?
