    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im trying to use robocopy from a Wserver (destination) in a datacenter to Netapp (source).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But i get this message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can ping the source.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No idea what im doing wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am i missing credentials for Netapp? or is the networkname just wrong as is says?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-left" image-alt="robocopy2.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.netapp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/24583i111C5808C3459FA9/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="robocopy2.png" alt="robocopy2.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As a first troubleshooting step, try to map a source(netapp) share to the windows box from where you are running the command. You can use 'net use' command. What is the source ontap version ? Please share the CIFS server name and other details from the netapp.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;something like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;net use drive: \\IP\share /u:domain\user password&lt;/P&gt;</description>
