Hi,

Im trying to use robocopy from a Wserver (destination) in a datacenter to Netapp (source).

But i get this message.

I can ping the source.

No idea what im doing wrong.

Am i missing credentials for Netapp? or is the networkname just wrong as is says?

As a first troubleshooting step, try to map a source(netapp) share to the windows box from where you are running the command. You can use 'net use' command. What is the source ontap version ? Please share the CIFS server name and other details from the netapp.

something like this:

net use drive: \\IP\share /u:domain\user password

Depending on how much data you have to copy, you really want to look at XCP - it's free from NetApp for NetApp customers. See xcp.netapp.com.
