unable to access NetApp AFF storage web management page

Suddenly unable to access NetApp AFF storage web management page, don't do any operations or change on it before.
but can login it via SSH

showed below message when access the web mamaenet page
This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at https://ManagementIP/sysmgr/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE

This is output when run command "system services web show" in SSH

for my it's https://xx.xx.xx.xx/sysmgr/v4/, can you try ?

Or jsut the IP adress, the redirect must redirect you to the good page

Or this message : ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE

Have you try another web browser ?

Last chance it's could be an Certificat issue or expiration try to see this article :

security certificate show -fields vserver,common-name,serial,ca,type,expiration -type server
