    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A customer want to upgrade a AFF A220 machine from ONTAP 9.6 to 9.15. The specific machine have a active SSP warrantee, from the&amp;nbsp; Support Site on the tab Systems-&amp;gt; Software Version Support i see that the 9.6ver is under the End of Self-Service Support. So my question is, if we start the upgrade process and that process failed any reason.&amp;nbsp;We will be able to open a support request for the specific machine for this problem?
