ontapdsm Event ID 61219 - Windows 2012 R2 - ONTAP 8.3.2p9

Running NetApp ONTAP DSM 4.1p1 with Windows Host Utilities 7.1 on Windows 2012 R2. FC attached to an AFF8080 running ONTAP 8.3.2p9.

Been seeing Event ID 61219 in the Windows>System event log for 30 days. No interruption is apparent but they seem to be reoccurring events every 15 minutes. It's happening on only 3 of a dozen Windows 2012 R2 hosts attached to the same cluster.

IO Error: Illegal Request: Invalid token operation occured on DsmID

I don't see any reference to Event ID 61219 in any of the DSM 4.1 documentation. Does anybody have any idea what could be causing this?
