&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This technical report focuses on building modern SANs on NVMe over Fabrics, especially NVMe over Fibre Channel (NVMe/FC, also known as FC-NVMe).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This document describes the industry-first NVMe/FC implementation in NetApp&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;® &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ONTAP&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;®&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, includes guidelines for SAN design and implementation, and provides links to testing and qualification recommendations.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
