Asking for iSCSI Multipath design of Flexpod Medium

Hello Everyone,
I would like to ask iSCSI Multipath design for Vshpere 5.5 environment.
I can only find implementation guide of NetApp NFS System with Vsphere 5.5. But not with iSCISI. I have already implemented NFS in FlexPod Express Medium based on Flexpod implementation guide. Now, my customer would like to get iSCSI Multipath.
So, could you please instruct me how to implement or give me link for this implementation.
In my case, I’ll use two dedicated software based iSCSI NIC of UCS server.Please kindly see my flexpod design.

Some implementation, they use different VLAN for each NIC card of UCS Server. Some not.
I’m looking forwards to your feedback soon.
