What is the best way to get performance data in powershell? I am new to Netapp and not sure exactly what is important but I would assume Read I/O, Write I/O, Total I/o, CPU %. Are there any other important counters for an "At a glance" view?

I did see this http://communities.netapp.com/docs/DOC-8386 and it has good data but I am looking for something to put in a console window and not a GUI
