BUG: Get-NcTime shows incorrect time

Hi,

We have noticed a bug with the Get-NcTime function when the timezone is set to either "GB" or "Europe/London". The local time is comming back as UTC-1h rather than UTC+1h, if we run "system date show" at the command line this comes back with the time as expect as UTC+1h.
