can't get root aggr information

In 9.8 version

When I use get-ncaggr to get aggregate information,

I can get the root aggregate information,

but when I upgrade to 9.11

I can't use the get-ncaggr to find any information about root aggregate,

Do any way can let me get root aggr information ?
