      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;PowerShell Toolkit 9.16.1 should be compatible with .NET Framework 4.8, as it is a later version than 4.7.2. Generally, applications that require an earlier version of the .NET Framework can run on later versions, so you should be able to proceed with your installation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
