Update to Clustered Data ONTAP exams and certifications

Effective September 19, 2016 NetApp will update three NetApp certification titles to recognize NetApp’s move to a simple, distinctive family name - ONTAP.

Effected certifications and exams will be renamed:

NetApp Certified Data Administrator, Clustered Data ONTAP

NS0-157 NetApp Certified Data Administrator, Clustered Data ONTAP exam

NetApp Certified Data Administrator, ONTAP

NS0-157 NetApp Certified Data Administrator, ONTAP exam

NetApp Certified Storage Installation Engineer, Clustered Data ONTAP

NS0-180 NetApp Certified Storage Installation Engineer, Clustered Data ONTAP exam

NetApp Certified Storage Installation Engineer, ONTAP

NS0-180 NetApp Certified Storage Installation Engineer, ONTAP exam

NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer – SAN Specialist, Clustered Data ONTAP

NS0-506 NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer – SAN, Clustered Data ONTAP exam

NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer – SAN Specialist, ONTAP

NS0-506 NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer – SAN, ONTAP exam

All impacted logos and digital badges will also be updated. Those who carry these certifications can access new eCertificates and badges by logging into their CertCenter account after the effective date of September 19, 2016.

Please note that this does not change your certification status at all, nor does it extend the expiration date.
