The NSO-093 training can be found here: NetApp Accredited Hardware Support Engineer.

The link does mention the NSO-092, which is the older version of the NetApp Accredited Hardware Support exam. You can also email ncp@netapp.com if you have any questions on on exam or training material. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
