There is a free monitoring tool called 'AIQM/OCUM' that does the reporting and alerting stuff, but I don't think the NAS storage itself provides this.

Unified Manager reporting (netapp.com)

With AIQM/OCUM, you can also configure email alert notification on quota breach.
